Over the course of his twenty-seven (27) year career, he logged over 4100 flight hours, 950 carrier landings and 133 combat missions in Viet Nam.  He is a graduate of the U. S. Mr. Weber was admitted to the Virginia State Bar in 1998 and opened his office as a sole practitioner focusing on all aspects of constitutional criminal defense.  Over the past ten years, he has represented over 1500 clients through all stages of the criminal justice process from the initial arrest through the trial and, if necessary, to a final appeal to the Virginia Supreme Court.
